通乳丹加味结合低频脉冲电刺激治疗气血虚弱型缺乳的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨通乳丹加味结合低频脉冲电刺激治疗气血虚弱型缺乳患者的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院2018年1月-2019年1月收治的90例气血虚弱型缺乳患者的一般临床资料。按照治疗方法分为A组(通乳丹加味)、B组(低频脉冲电刺激)、C组(通乳丹加味结合低频脉冲电刺激),每组30例。比较三组患者治疗总有效率,治疗前后泌乳量、中医证候积分,激素水平[孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)、催乳素(PRL)]。结果:治疗后,A组治疗总有效率为73.33%,B组为76.67%,C组为96.67%,C组显著高于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组与B组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前,三组泌乳量、中医证候积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,C组显著优于A组与B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组、B组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前,三组激素水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,C组P、E2、PRL均显著优于A组、B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组、B组差异对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通乳丹加味结合低频脉冲电刺激治疗气血虚弱型缺乳患者的临床效果显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect modified treatment of Tongru Dan combined with low-frequency pulse electric stimulation in Qi and blood deficiency type of hypogalactia.Method:The general clinical data of 90 patients with deficiency of Qi and blood deficiency type of hypogalactia from January 2018 to January 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the treatment method,the patients were divided into group A(modified Tongru Dan),group B(low frequency pulse electrical stimulation),group C(modified Tongru Dan combined with low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation),30 cases in each group.The total effective rate,mammary volume before and after the treatment,TCM syndrome integral,hormone levels such as progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),prolactin(PRL)of three groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate was 73.33%in group A,76.67%in group B and 96.67%in group C,which in group C was significantly higher than those in group A and group B,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between group A and group B,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in lactation volume and TCM syndrome score between the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes in group C was significantly better than group A and group B,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences of the hormone levels among the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment,The levels of P,E2 and PRL in group C were significantly better than those in group A and group B,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Tongru Dan combined with low-frequency pulse electric stimulation has significant clinical effect in the treatment for patients with Qi and bl
