即刻种植与延期种植对上颌前牙缺损患者植体周围软组织的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究即刻种植与延期种植对上颌前牙缺损患者植体周围软组织的影响。方法:2017年6月-2018年6月对笔者所在医院收治的80例上颌前牙缺损患者展开研究,采用简单随机法将80例上颌前牙缺损患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者采取延期种植,观察组患者采取即刻种植,对比两组患者种植体周围软组织情况。结果:两组患者修复前红色美学评分(PES)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);修复后1年,观察组患者PES评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者修复后1个月改良龈沟出血指数(mBI)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者修复后1个月的探诊深度(PD)与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访1年,观察组种植满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对上颌前牙缺损患者采取即刻种植能够提高患者红色美学指数,提升患者治疗满意度,改善其龈沟出血情况,对患者治疗具有积极意义,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of immediate and delayed implantation on soft tissue around implants in patients with maxillary anterior teeth defect.Method:From June 2017 to June 2018,80 patients with maxillary anterior teeth defect were studied.The 80 patients with maxillary anterior teeth defect were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group by simple random method.The patients in the control group were treated with delayed implantation and those in the observation group were treated with immediate implantation.The influence of soft tissue around implants was compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in red aesthetic scores(PES)between the two groups before restoration(P>0.05).After restoration for one year,the PES in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improved gingival sulcus hemorrhage index(mBI)after restoration for one month in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in exploration depth(PD)after restoration for one year in the observation group compared with the control group(P>0.05).Follow-up for one year,the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Immediate implantation for maxillary anterior teeth defect patients can improve the red aesthetic index of patients,improve the treatment satisfaction of patients,improve the situation of gingival sulcus bleeding.It has positive significance for patients’treatment and is worth promoting.
