摘　　要：目的:探讨按揉太冲穴护理干预对恶性肿瘤伴抑郁症患者的影响。方法:选取福建中医药大学附属人民医院肿瘤内科收治的120例恶性肿瘤伴抑郁症患者,随机分为干预组和对照组,各60例。入院后对照组采用常规护理方法,干预组在常规护理基础上实施按揉太冲穴护理措施。采用Zung自评抑郁量表(SDS)及抑郁状态问卷(DSI)调查,分别在干预前及干预后对所有患者进行评定。结果:干预组干预后SDS、DSI评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:按揉太冲穴护理干预能较好地调整恶性肿瘤伴抑郁症患者心理状态,提高战胜疾病的信心,促进身心健康,改善社会适应能力。Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention pressing and kneading Taichong acupoint on patients with malignant tumors and depression.Method:A total of 120 patients with malignant tumors and depression admitted to the department of oncology of the People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,60 cases in each group.After admission,the control group was given routine nursing,while the intervention group was given pressing and kneading Taichong acupoint on the basis of routine nursing.Zung self-rating depression scale(SDS)and depression status inventory(DSI)were used to assess all patients before and after intervention,respectively.Result:After the intervention,the scores of SDS and DSI in the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention of pressing and kneading Taichong acupoint can better adjust the psychological state of patients with malignant tumor and depression,improve the confidence to overcome the disease,promote physical and mental health,improve social adaptability.
