摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴道子宫瘢痕憩室切除术的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院2016年1月-2018年10月笔者所在医院收治的44例行经阴道子宫瘢痕憩室切除术患者为研究对象,分析患者术后并发症、术后月经恢复情况及术后超声监测瘢痕局部肌层厚度情况,评估临床疗效。结果:44例患者均完成预期手术,平均月经周期(5.30±1.57)d,术后监测瘢痕局部肌层厚度平均(34.04±5.25)mm,44例患者术后治疗总有效率88.64%,显效率77.27%,无效率11.37%。结论:采用经阴道子宫瘢痕憩室切除术对子宫瘢痕憩室的治疗效果较好,在治疗过程中需要注意熟练掌握手术技巧,以减少并发症的发生。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of transvaginal hysterectomy for uterine scar diverticulum.Method:A retrospective analysis was made of 44 patients who underwent transvaginal hysterectomy in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2018.The postoperative complications,menstrual recovery and postoperative ultrasound monitoring of the thickness of the local myometrium were analyzed to evaluate the clinical effect.Result:All of 44 patients completed the expected operation,the average menstrual cycle was(5.30±1.57)days,the average thickness of the local muscle layer of the scar was monitored after surgery was(34.04±5.25)mm,the total effective rate was 88.64%,the effective rate was 77.27%,and the ineffective rate was 11.37%.Conclusion:Transvaginal hysterectomy is effective in the treatment of uterine scar diverticulum.In the process of treatment,we need to master the surgical skills to reduce the incidence of complications.
