摘  要:在柳树上采集到一株寄生的野生真菌(LH02),子实体形态与桑黄类似,通过ITS序列聚类分析,结合子实体外形、菌丝体性状、菌落形态比较,将LH02与桑黄属真菌区分开来,鉴定为革孔菌属(Coriolopsis)真菌,该菌与C.trogii IFP 00751亲缘关系最近。Strain Lh02,a wild fungus parasitized on willow,was collected in this study,and its fruiting body was similar to that of genus Sanghuangporus.By polygenetic analysis of its sequence,comparing the character of fruitbody,mycelium and colony morphology,strain Lh02 was distinguished from that of genus Sanghuangporus.It was identified as genus Coriolopsis,C.trogii IFP 00751 was its closest relative.The method can provide a reference for the identification of genus Sanghuangporus.In the meantime,the research on functional activity of bracket fungus is also of significant value.
