摘　　要：为了解新疆蚕区不同龄期人工饲料育对家蚕饲育成绩的影响,2019年春季引进粉体人工饲料,以全龄桑叶育为对照,进行了菁松×皓月1-2龄、1-3龄、1-4龄人工饲料育对比试验。结果表明:人工饲料育各处理组的24 h疏毛率、虫蛹统一生命率与对照组相当,各龄龄期经过均相应延长,各龄眠蚕体重、全茧量、茧层量、茧层率、万蚕收茧量、万蚕茧层量、茧丝长、茧丝纤度均相应降低,其中以1-4龄人工饲料育组指标降低幅度最大。In the spring of 2019,powder artificial feed was introduced for comprehending the effect of artificial diet on silkworm at different instars in Xinjiang.Contrast experiment of artificial feeding was carried out during 1-2 instar,1-3 instar and 1-4 instar on Jingsong×Haoyue,and the group eating mulberry leaf during the whole instar was used as a control.The results showed that the hair thinning rate and the larva-pupa rate of the artificial feeding group in 24 h were close to that of the control,and the instar duration of artificial diet group was extended.The indexes including the body weight of molting silkworm,cocoon weight,cocoon layer weight,cocoon layer rate,cocoon weight per 10000 larvae,the cocoon layer weight per 10000 larvae,cocoon filament length,and the fineness of silk all decreased.The indexes of artificial diet group during 1-4 instar had the largest reductions.
