摘 要:在骨科术前规划中,三维碎骨表面分割有助于医生精确规划手术范围,制定合适的治疗方案。传统手工分割方法借助三维数字化软件,操作复杂且耗时较长,不能高效满足医生术前规划实际需求。针对以上问题,提出一种基于区域生长的三维碎骨分割方法。首先,该方法以碎骨三角网格模型为分割对象,通过人工交互选取种子点;其次,以曲率差值作为生长条件合并相似属性网格顶点;然后,通过人为判断碎骨平滑边缘,交互式选择分割终止线,减少过生长现象;最后,通过后处理填补分割漏洞,解决区域生长不足、覆盖率低的问题,提高碎骨分割精确度。将该方法与医生手工分割作比较,实验结果证明,该方法能满足临床医学术前规划实际需求,有效提高骨折术前规划效率。In preoperative planning of orthopedics,three-dimensional bone surface segmentation helps doctors to accurately plan the scope of surgery and develop appropriate treatment plans.The traditional manual segmentation method is complicated and time-consuming to operate with three-dimensional digital software,which cannot effectively meet the actual needs of doctor before surgery.In order to solve the problem,a method based on region growing for three-dimensional bone segmentation was proposed.In this method,the broken bone triangle mesh model was used as the segmentation object,and the seed points were selected by artificial interaction;the curvature difference was used as the growth condition to merge the similar attribute mesh vertices;smooth edges of broken bones were judged artificially,and segmentation termination lines were selected interactively to reduce over-growth phenomenon;through post-processing to fill the segmentation loopholes,the problem of insufficient regional growth and low coverage was solved,and the accuracy of bone segmentation was improved.The method was compared with the doctor s manual segmentation,and the experimental results show that the method can meet the actual needs of preoperative planning in clinical medicine and effectively improve the planning efficiency of fracture before surgery.
