以人民为中心的政府管理创新路径探析

摘　　要：在党的十九大报告中,习近平总书记强调要转变政府职能,深化简政放权,创新监管方式,增强政府公信力和执行力,建设人民满意的政府。而政府管理体制的变革,是中国特色社会主义现代化建设的重要内容。文章从以人民为中心的基本内容出发,探寻政府管理创新路径,努力打造服务型、科学型、民主型、法治型、创新型政府,提高政府管理能力。In the 19th major reports of the party,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed the need to transform the functions of the government,deepen decentralization,innovate the way of supervision,enhance the credibility and execution of the government,and build a government satisfied by the people.The reform of government management system is an important part of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.Starting from the basic content with the people as the center,this paper explores the innovative path of government management,and strives to build a service-oriented,scientific,democratic,rule of law and innovative government,so as to improve the management ability of the government.
