摘 要:采用浸渍法制备固体酸催化剂MoO3/ZrO2,研究该催化剂的性能并考察该催化剂对二甲基硅油合成反应的影响。利用XRD、BET和NH3-TPD分别测定催化剂晶型结构、表面性质和酸性,并将制备好的MoO3/ZrO2酸催化剂应用于二甲基硅油的合成反应,通过单因素实验,研究不同MoO3含量和煅烧温度对催化活性的影响,以及该催化剂活性及重复使用性能。结果表明:一定量的MoO3可以使ZrO2单斜相向四方相转变,增加样品的比表面积,提高酸强度;MoO3质量分数10%、煅烧温度800 ℃为最佳催化剂制备条件;催化剂用量为1%时,产物收率及分子量达到最大,且重复使用4次以下,催化活性保持较高水平。In this paper,a series of solid acid catalyst MoO3/ZrO2 is prepared by impregnation method.At the same time,the performance of the catalyst is investigated and the effect of the catalyst on the synthesis reaction of dimethyl silicone oil is investigated.The crystal structure,surface properties and acidity of the catalyst were determined by XRD,BET and NH3-TPD.The MoO3/ZrO2 acid catalyst is applied to the synthesis of dimethyl silicone oil.The effects of different MoO3 content and calcination temperature on the catalytic performance of the catalyst are studied by single factor experiments.The activity of the catalyst and the re-use performance are also studied.The results show that a certain amount of MoO3 can transform ZrO2 from a monoclinic phase to a tetragonal phase,increasing the specific surface area of the sample and the acidity.The MoO3 content is 10 wt% and the calcination temperature is 800 ℃.The optimal catalyst dosage is 1 wt%,when the product yield and molecular weight reach the maximum,and the repeated use of 4 times or less,while the catalytic activity remains high.
