摘　　要：近两年来我国北方地区清洁取暖工作成效显著,对于改善大气环境的作用有目共睹,但存在的隐忧也日益显现。落实国家提出的“要科学合理、循序渐进有效治理污染。坚持从实际出发,宜电则电、宜气则气、宜煤则煤、宜热则热,确保北方地区群众安全取暖过冬”方针政策,需从传统高耗能源煤炭入手,作好“宜煤则煤”文章,推动体量大、应用广、难治理的煤炭实现高效清洁利用,统筹兼顾实现“打赢蓝天保卫战”“冬季清洁供暖”目标任务。In the past two years,the effectiveness of clean heating in the northern of China has been remarkable,and its role in improving the atmospheric environment is obvious to all,but the hidden concerns are also increasingly apparent.We should implement the national policy of“scientific and rational,step by step,and effective pollution control and adhere to the reality,electricity should be electricity,gas should be gas,coal should be coal,and heat should be heat,in order to ensure people who live in the northern region can safely stay warm through the winter.”It is necessary to start with traditional high-energy-consumption coal,and promote the efficient and clean use of largevolume,widely-used,and difficult-to-treat coal,and make overall plans to achieve the target mission of“win the blue sky defense war”and“clean winter heating”.
