摘  要:纳米技术的发展为恶性肿瘤的治疗提供了一种新的思路。近年来,纳米药物在肿瘤靶向递送和提高恶性肿瘤治疗效果等方面显示出较大的研发前景,一些纳米药物已成功应用于恶性肿瘤的临床治疗。本文就抗肿瘤纳米药物的特征以及处于临床转化阶段的抗肿瘤纳米药物的优势和不足进行归纳总结,并对一些新型的针对肿瘤微环境的纳米药物进行介绍。The development of nanotechnology provides a new strategy for the cancer therapy.In recent years,nanodrugs have shown great progess in its targeted delivery system and high-effective function to defeat cancer.Some of them have been applied to clinical cancer treatment.The article summarizes the characteristics of anti-tumor nanodrugs and presents an overview of advantages and disadvantages of some clinical traslational anti-tumor nanodrugs and some novel nanodrugs aiming at the tumor microenvironment.
