临床药师干预大剂量顺铂合理使用的效果分析

摘　　要：目的比较临床药师干预前后大剂量顺铂的使用及其相关不良反应的发生情况,以促进顺铂临床应用的安全性和有效性。方法采用回顾性调查方法,以2017年1月-7月为干预前基础数据,2017年8月-12月为干预后数据,统计、分析、比较干预前后大剂量顺铂的使用情况及其不良反应发生率,评价临床药师的干预成效。结果临床药师干预后,大剂量顺铂的单次使用率明显升高,但相关不良反应未见明显增加,且单次使用与分次使用的不良反应发生率未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论临床药师参与围化疗期药物治疗有助于促进临床用药的安全性和有效性。Objective To compare the use of high dose cisplatin and adverse drug reactions (ADRs) before and after clinical pharmacist interventions,so as to secure the safety and effective clinical use of cisplatin.Methods The clinical data collected between Jan.2017 and Jul.2017 were taken as the basic data before intervention,and those between Aug.2017 and Dec.2017 were collected as the data after intervention.Compare the use of high dose cisplatin and the incidence of adverse drug reactions before and after intervention by clinical pharmacist,and evaluate the intervention effect of clinical pharmacist.Results After intervention by clinical pharmacist,the frequency of single administration of high dose cisplatin was significantly increased,but ADRs was not observed increased.There were no significant differences in the incidence of ADRs between single administration and divided administration of high dose cisplatin (P>0.05).Conclusion The participation of clinical pharmacists in perichemotherapy can promote the safety and effectiveness of clinical medication.
