摘  要:在大型公共场所发生了自然灾害或人为突发事件时,为了减轻突发事件造成的危害,制定合理高效的应急交通疏散预案是不可替代的重要手段。本文面向应急交通疏散预案的制定需求,深入研究交通仿真建模、应急疏散、演练组织等相关技术,设计并实现了大型公共场所应急交通疏散仿真演练系统。通过仿真系统模拟实施新的应急交通疏散方法与措施,能够帮助人们理解在新的交通措施下,人、车、路、环境之间的相互作用和对应关系,制定更合理的疏散预案。In the case of natural disasters or man-made emergencies occurring in large public places,in order to alleviate the harm caused by emergencies,it is an irreplaceable and important means to formulate reasonable and efficient emergency traffic evacuation plans.This paper is oriented to the development of emergency traffic evacuation plan,in-depth study of traffic simulation modeling,emergency evacuation,drill organization and other related technologies,design and implementation of large-scale public places emergency traffic evacuation simulation exercise system. Simulating the implementation of new emergency traffic evacuation methods and measures through simulation system can help people understand the interaction and correspondence between people,vehicles,roads and environment under new traffic measures,and formulate more reasonable evacuation plans.
