摘　　要：风险评估是保证信息系统安全的基础和关键性技术。针对部队院校信息系统安全风险的评估问题,本文分析了信息系统安全管理的规定,建立了部队院校信息系统安全风险评估的衡量指标体系,利用组合熵权法,得到各级衡量指标的权重,建立部队院校信息系统安全风险评估的模型,并运用MATLAB,将此方法实现了计算机程序化。为部队院校信息系统的安全风险综合评估提供了一个新视角。通过对案例的分析过程,验证了方法的可行性和合理性。Risk assessment is the basis and key technology to ensure the security of information system.In order to comprehensively evaluate the security risk of the military academy information system,this paper analyzes the regulations of the information system security management,establishes the evaluation index system of the security risk assessment of the military academy information system,creatively uses the multilevel merit evaluation method,and combines the Combination Entropy Weight Method to the security of the military academy information system. Comprehensive evaluation is carried out,and MATLAB is used to realize the computer programming. It provides a new method and new idea for the comprehensive evaluation of the security risk of the military academy information system. It also lays a solid theoretical foundation for the design and development of the security risk assessment software of the military academy information system.
