摘 要:永磁起动机定子由机壳和多个磁极构成,每个磁极又分主磁极和辅助磁极,主磁极采用永磁材料制成,辅助磁极则用高导磁材料,通过点焊把多个辅助磁极均匀焊接在机壳内,然后用固定卡片把主磁极固定在辅助磁极之间。根据辅助磁极的焊接工艺要求,设计永磁起动机辅助磁极自动焊接的PLC控制系统,采用触摸屏为人机界面,以伺服系统作为分度控制,实现自动回原点、自动焊接、手动焊接、补焊及故障自动报警等功能。该控制系统实际运行稳定可靠,分度准确,可提高永磁起动机的质量和生产效率。The stator of permanent magnet starter is composed of a machine case and several magnetic poles,and each pole includes main pole and auxiliary pole. The main pole is made of permanent magnet material,while the auxiliary pole is made of high permeability magnetic material. The auxiliary poles are uniformly welded in the machine case by spot welding,and then the main pole is fixed between the auxiliary poles by a fixed spring. According to the welding process requirements of auxiliary magnetic poles,a PLC control system for automatic welding of auxiliary magnetic poles of permanent magnet starter is designed. A touch screen is used as human-machine interface and a servo system is used as indexing control. The functions of automatic return to origin,automatic welding,manual welding,repairing welding and automatic fault alarm are realized. The actual operation of the control system is stable,reliable and accurate,which can improve the production quality and efficiency of permanent magnet starter.
