摘 要:随着柔性交流输电系统(FACTS)被确定为未来输电系统新时代的三项支持技术之一,变换器的控制策略有了较为长足的发展。论文针对二极管箝位三电平变换器中提高变换器性能的目的,通过双调制波单载波脉宽调制CBPWM(Carrier-Based PWM)技术中调制度与偏移量的关系,得出双调制波单载波脉宽调制策略中调制度与偏移量的数学关系,并且分析了不同调制模式下三电平变换器的工作特性,揭示了其与三电平空间矢量脉宽调制SVPWM(Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation)的内在联系。提出通过优化调制模式改善三电平变换器的性能,仿真验证了理论分析。With the flexible alternating current transmission systems(FACTS)being identified as one of the three supporting technologies in the new era of transmission systems in the future,the control strategy for converters has made considerable progress.The purpose of this paper is to improve converter performance in diode-clamped three-level converters,Through the relationship between the modulation degree and the offset in the dual-modulation-wave single-carrier pulse-width modulation CBPWM(Carrier-Based PWM)technology,the mathematical relationship between the modulation degree and the offset in the dual-modulation-wave single-carrier pulse-width modulation strategy is obtained.The performance of the converter in different modulation modes is analysed,the interior relation between CBPWM and SVPWM is revealed.It is proposed that upgrade performance of the converter by optimized modulation mode.
