摘 要:针对现有铝空气电池监控系统存在的监测参数不全和监测精度低等问题,设计了一款铝空气电池监控系统,该系统以STM32F103ZET6为主控芯片,以UCOS操作系统为软件平台,采用LTC6804采集铝空气电池的运行参数,配合氢气采集模块、放电保护模块和电池控制模块等实现了对12串铝空气电池组的实时监控,智能保护和故障报警等功能。采用VC++6.0设计了上位机监控界面,实时显示电池信息。测试结果表明,该系统具有良好的稳定性和测量精度,能满足电池监控的需求。Aiming at the problems of incomplete monitor parameters and low monitoring precision existing in the monitoring system for Aluminum air battery. An Aluminum air battery monitoring system was designed. The system adopted STM32 F103 ZET6 microprocessor as the main control chip,and the UCOS operating system as the software platform. It used LTC6804 to collect the operating parameters of Aluminum air battery. Cooperating with hydrogen acquisition module、discharge protection module and battery control module,etc,to realize the functions of real-time monitoring,intelligent protection and failure alarm for 12 string of Aluminum air battery pack,The upper computer monitoring interface was designed with VC++6.0,which can display the battery information in real time. The test results show that the system has good stability and measurement accuracy. It can meet the demand of the battery monitoring system.
