摘  要:为烟用丝束的产品质量安全提供技术支撑,建立烟用丝束中残余丙酮的静态顶空-气相色谱-质谱(SHS-GC-MS)外标定量测定方法。结果表明:最佳检测条件是基质校正剂为三乙酸甘油酯,样品经80℃、20 min静态顶空后,采用TG-624柱,GC-MS/选择离子监测(SIM)模式检测,外标法定量,该条件下,烟用丝束中丙酮的线性关系良好(R^2=0.9998),检出限(LOD)为0.12μg/g,加标回收率为102.22%~120.56%,相对标准偏差RSD<4.13%,该方法灵敏度高、准确性和精密度较好,可用于烟用丝束中残余丙酮的检测。The static headspace-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(SHS-GC-MS)external quantity method is established for detecting residual acetone in filter tow to provide the technical support for product quality safety of filter tow.Result:The optimal detection conditions include glyceryl triacetate(matrix correction agent),sample treatment at 80℃ for 20 min,TG-624 column,GC-MS/selective ion monitoring(SIM)mode and external quantity method.The R^2,LOD,recovery and RSD of residual acetone in filter tow detected by SHS-GC-MS under the optimal detection conditions are 0.9998,0.12μg/g,102.22%-120.56% and<4.13% respectively.The static headspace-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(HS-GC-MS)external quantity method with the advantages of high sensitivity,good accuracy and precision can be used in detection of residual acetone in filter tow.
