摘 要:目的:研究实验性脂肪肝出血综合征(FLHS)患鸡的血压、呼吸频率、心率和心电活动等生理参数的变化。方法:以肉杂鸡为试验对象,采用注射外源性雌激素建立实验性鸡FLHS病理模型,试验期间每2天测量1次呼吸频率,处理4周后应用BL-420F生物信息采集与分析系统记录试验鸡的心电图、血压等生理参数。结果:实验性FLHS患鸡的收缩压、舒张压和心率显著降低,而QRS综合波时间、P波时间和PR间期明显延长,呼吸频率也有加快的趋势。结论:实验性FLHS患鸡的心血管和呼吸系统的生理参数均产生变化,可能与血管扩张以及心肌传导性与自律性降低等生理特性有关。Objective:To investigate the changes of physiological parameters such as blood pressure,respiratory frequency,heart rate and heart electricity in experimental chicken model of fatty liver hemorrhagic syndrome(FLHS)induced by estradiol benzoate.Methods:The experimental chicken FLHS model was induced in 29-day-old hybrid broiler by exogenous estradiol benzoate injection.During the experiment,the respiratory rate was measured every 2 days.At 56 days of age,the blood pressure and electrocardiogram were recorded with BL-420F biological signal acquisition and analysis system.Results:Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of experimental FLHS chickens were significantly decreased,while QRS complex wave time,P wave time and PR interval were significantly prolonged,and respiratory frequency was also tend to accelerate.Conclusion:The results showed that the physiological parameters of cardiovascular and respiratory system in chickens with experimental FLHS had changed,which may be related to physiological characteristics such as vasodilation,decreased myocardial conductivity and autorhythmicity.
