摘　　要：目的探讨MECT在治疗精神障碍急性期患者时的护理安全隐患分析、防范以及如何提高质量管理。方法回顾性地对该院2019年1—4月急性期发病的55例精神障碍患者进行MECT治疗时安全隐患分析,查找现存或潜在的安全问题。结果精神患者发生护理安全隐患的情况依次为:外出逃跑25例(45.5%)、冲动毁物15例(27.3%)和自伤自杀15例(27.3%)。结论制定醒脉通安全管理制度及醒脉通风险防范措施,加强质量管理,持续性质量改进,组织培训护理人员预见风险与防范风险的能力,并且定期考核,可以防患于未然。Objective To investigate the nursing safety hazard of MECT in the treatment of patients with acute mental disorders and how to improve quality management.Methods A retrospective analysis of the safety hazards of 55 patients with mental disorders in the acute phase of our hospital during the MECT treatment was conducted to find existing or potential safety problems.Results The safety hazards of mental patients occurred in 25 cases(45.5%),15 cases(27.3%)and 15 cases(27.3%).Conclusion To develop the safety management system of Xingmaitong and the risk prevention measures of Xingmaitong,strengthen quality management,continuous quality improvement,organize the ability of training nursing staff to anticipate risks and prevent risks,and regular assessment can prevent problems before they occur.
