煤中全自动测汞仪型式评价试验大纲的探讨

摘　　要：一种一体式自动进样、高温分解、高温蒸发及冷原子吸收的新型全自动测汞仪研制成功。其摈弃了多而杂的管路链接方式,从进样舟到检测器全程800℃的高温,彻底扫清了汞的残留,提高了测量精密度和准确度。本文结合由长沙开元仪器有限公司研制生产的5EHGT2320全自动测汞仪进行型式评价试验大纲探讨。此大纲同时适用基于相同或类似测试方法的全自动测汞仪的型式评价试验。A new type of integrated automatic mercury analyzer with automatic sampling,high temperature decomposition,high temperature evaporation and cold atomic absorption spectrometry has been invented successfully.It abandons a variety of pipeline links,thoroughly clears the mercury residue,and improves the accuracy and precision of measurement with 800℃ high temperature from the sampling boat to the detector.In this paper,the type evaluation test outline of 5 E-HGT2320 automatic mercury analyzer which is developed and manufactured by Changsha Kaiyuan Instrument Co.,Ltd.is discussed.This syllabus is also suitable for the type evaluation test of fully automatic mercury meter which is based on the same or similar test methods.
