摘 要:针对盘式磨浆机磨片人工装配过程中出现的平面度误差极易造成磨片磨损不均,影响制浆质量与效率等问题,研制了一种新型的盘磨机组合磨片平面度测量装置,基于比较测量法,用高精度位移传感器分布于检测标准平面,测量组合磨片与标准平面的距离偏差,获得磨片平面度误差。开发了基于Labview的仪器界面,实现测量操作与数据显示。该平面度测量装置直接可靠,操作简单,提高磨片安装调试效率。According to the flatness error in the manual assembly process of disc of the disc refiner,which is easy to cause uneven wear of disc and affect the quality and efficiency of pulping,a new type of flatness measuring device for the combined disc of disc refiner is developed.Based on the comparative measurement method,high precision displacement sensors are distributed on the testing standard plane to measure the flatness of the combined disc of the disk refiner.The flatness error of the grinding disc can be obtained by measuring the distance deviation between the combined disc and the standard plane.The instrument interface based on Labview is developed to realize measurement operation and data display.The flatness measuring device has high reliability,easy operation,which will improve the efficiency of installation of the refiner discs.
