摘　　要：乡村振兴战略是党十九大提出的解决“三农”问题的重要举措。基于肇庆市乡村振兴的现状和存在问题,运用SWOT分析方法,结合精准扶贫、乡村振兴等战略,剖析肇庆乡村振兴发展的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战。研究表明:肇庆市存在城乡二元结构亟待解决、乡村基础条件差、农业现代化水平不高、长期未正确对待三农问题等。因此,肇庆市乡村地区要重视产乡融合,打造“一村一品”示范经济模式;构建产业体系,引进特色农产品加工企业;强化政策引导,开展人才引进工作;发展乡村旅游,建立乡村旅游综合体;整合特色资源,创新特色产品与服务。The rural revitalization strategy is an important measure put forward by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to solve the"three rural issues."Based on the current situation and existing problems of rural revitalization in Zhaoqing City,SWOT method,combined with strategies such as precision poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,was applied to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of Zhaoqing rural revitalization and development.The research shows that the urban and rural dual structure in Zhaoqing City needs to be solved urgently,the rural basic conditions are poor,the level of agricultural modernization is not high,and the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers has not been correctly treated for a long time.Therefore,the rural areas of Zhaoqing City should attach importance to the integration of production and township,create a model economy model of“one village,one product”;construct an industrial system,introduce characteristic agricultural product processing enterprises;strengthen policy guidance,carry out talent introduction work;develop rural tourism and establish a rural tourism complex Integrate featured resources and innovate featured products and services.
