摘  要:针对中速磨煤机制粉系统煤粉细度偏差大的问题,进行了磨煤机加载油压特性试验、磨煤机风量特性试验、磨煤机出力特性试验、分离器特性试验。通过试验分析,磨煤机出力与分离器转速不匹配是煤粉细度偏差大的主要原因。经过试验优化得到新的磨煤机出力与分离器转速对应曲线,并进行优化前后效果对比。优化后,磨煤机煤粉细度得到明显改善,同时合适的煤粉细度利于锅炉燃烧、预防锅炉高温腐蚀。In order to solve the problem of large deviation of fineness of pulverized coal in medium speed mill pulverizing system,the experiments of loading oil pressure characteristics of coal mill,wind quantity characteristics of coal mill,output characteristics of coal mill and separator characteristics arecarried out.The results show that the main reason for the large deviation of fineness of pulverized coal is the mismatch between the coal mill output and the separator speed.The corresponding curve between the output of new coal mill and the speed of separator is obtained by experiment optimization,and the effects are compared before and after optimization.After optimization,the fineness of pulverized coal of coal mill has been significantly improved.At the same time,appropriate fineness of pulverized coalis conducive to combustion of boiler and prevention ofhigh temperature corrosion of boiler.
