从实验室生化指标探讨高血压与骨关节炎之间的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压患者骨关节炎(OA)患病风险,研究高血压与OA的相关性,对高血压患者OA的危险因素进行分析。方法对符合入组标准的高血压病患者资料进行分析。其中根据高血压患者是否患有OA,将收集到的患者分为2组,分别为高血压合并OA组和高血压非OA组,其中女性患者21例,男性患者49例。对患者的一般资料、实验室生化指标进行统计,进一步研究高血压患者OA患病风险及危险因素。结果高血压合并OA组的半胺氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cys-c)高于高血压非OA组(t=16.754,P=0.042),高血压合并OA组的肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)值亦高于高血压非OA组(t=6.879,P=0.045)。结论高血压患者的血清Cys-c和血清CK-MB可能有提示高血压患者患OA风险的作用。Objective To investigate the risk of Osteoarthritis(OA)in patients with hypertension,and to determine the correlation between hypertension and OA by analyzing the risk factors of OA in patients with hypertension.Methods The data of hypertensive patients,who fulfilled the inclusion criteria,were analyzed.According to whether the hypertensive patients were diagnosed with OA,all patients were divided into two groups:hypertension with OA group and hypertension without OA group,including 21 female patients and 49 male patients.In order to further study the risk factors of OA in patients with hypertension,the general data and laboratory biochemical indexes were analyzed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the general data of patients(P>0.05).The level of serum cystatin C(Cys-C)in hypertension with OA group was higher than that in hypertension without OA group(t=16.754,P=0.042),while the level of serum creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)in hypertension with OA group was higher than that in hypertension without OA group(t=6.879,P=0.045),and there were no statistically significant differences in other biochemical indexes(all P>0.05).Conclusion The serum Cys-C and CK-MB may indicate the risk of OA in patients with hypertension.
