摘　　要：以大连海事大学校船“育鲲”轮航行过程采集的雷达图像为数据基础,首先采用Prewitt算子、图像卷积、鲁棒自适应阈值法和线性内插,对雷达图像进行降噪处理;之后,在雷达警戒区范围内,采用多级阈值与面积阈值的双阈值法,提取对本船航行安全可能产生影响的目标;再利用船舶GPS信息与船首向信息,基于空间变换,将其映射到电子海图数据中。2种数据的融合不仅可以提供电子海图所需的基础信息,而且能显示本船、目标船以及其他物标的位置关系,从而在一定程度上提高雷达的避碰能力。这种多传感器数据的融合能够使驾驶员观察到更全面的航行信息,进一步提高航海安全水平。Based on the radar image detected during the cruise of the Yukun of Dalian Maritime University,data fusion method of marine radar and electronic chart is introduced.First,The Prewitt operator,image convolution,the Robust Adaptive Threshold method and the linear interpolation algorithm are proposed to reduce the noise of radar image.Then,the Automatic Multilevel Threshold Method and the Area threshold are used to extract targets that may have an impact on the safety of the ship’s navigation in radar warning area.After that GPS and ship heading information are mapped to electronic chart based on space transformation.The fusion of the two types of data can not only provide the basic information on electronic chart,but also show position relations of the local ship,the target ship and other objects,so as to improve the collision avoidance ability of radar to a certain extent.This multi-sensor data fusion can enable pilots to observe more comprehensive navigation information and further improve the level of navigation safety.
