摘 要:云南昭通毛坪铅锌矿盲混合井提升机硐室长18.2 m,宽13.2 m,高15.6 m,掘进断面196.19 m^2。硐室布置在软弱岩层中,采用传统的分层、分区开挖施工方法,出现多处多次垮塌现象,难以保证施工的顺利进行。通过对硐室所处区域工程地质条件的分析,确定采用构筑预护顶,自上而下分层开挖、分段支护的方法施工,顺利完成了硐室施工任务,较好地解决了软弱岩层大型硐室施工难题。In the blind mixed shaft in Yunnan Zhaotong Maoping Lead-Zinc Mine,the hoist chamber had a length of 18.2 m,a width of 13.2 m and a height of 15.6 m.The excavation cross section was 196.19 m 2.The chamber was located in the soft rock strata and was excavated with a sectional construction method.Several collapse phenomena were occurred in many locations and it was hard to ensure the construction successfully conducted.With the analysis on the regional engineering and geological conditions of the mine chamber,a pre-support roof structure was determined to be applied to the construction with an excavation from top to low and a sectional support method.Thus the construction mission of the chamber was successfully completed and the construction difficulty of the large chamber in the soft rock was well solved.
