摘　　要：苇町煤矿九二盘区煤仓工程,利用反井钻机配合钻爆法施工,在降低施工成本的同时,改善了现场作业环境,加快了施工进度,缩短了施工工期,同时提高了煤仓工程质量,技术经济效益明显。A coal bunker project in No.92 mining panel of Weiding Mine was constructed with a raise boring machine and a drilling and blasting method.Meanwhile the construction cost was reduced,the site operation environment was improved,the construction progress was speeded up and the construction period was reduced.Also the project quality of the coal bunker was increased and the technical and economic benefits were obvious.
