摘  要:颈动脉粥样硬化斑块分为稳定性斑块和不稳定性斑块(易损斑块),颈动脉不稳定斑块的脱落导致脑梗死,尤其是大动脉粥样硬化型脑梗死发病的主要原因之一。目前研究显示,胱抑素C(Cyst-C)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)可能是颈动脉粥样硬化的高危因素,同时高水平Cyst-C、Hcy可能与颈动脉不稳定斑块的发生发展过程相关。探讨颈动脉不稳定斑块的形成机制有利于脑血管事件的诊治及预防。目前血清Cyst-C、Hcy与颈动脉不稳定斑块的相关性是研究热点,却没有统一定论,因此本文综述了近年来血清Cyst-C、Hcy与颈动脉不稳定斑块的相关性。Carotid atherosclerotic plaques can be divided into stable plaques and unstable plaques(vulnerable plaques).Cerebral infarction caused by falling off of unstable carotid plaque,especially large atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.At present,the research shows that cystatin C(Cyst-C)and homocysteine(Hcy)may be high risk factors of carotid atherosclerosis,and high levels of Cyst-C and Hcy may be related to the occurrence and development of unstable carotid plaque.To explore the formation mechanism of carotid unstable plaque is beneficial to the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of cerebrovascular events.At present,the correlation between serum Cyst-C,Hcy and carotid unstable plaque is a research hotspot,but there is no unified conclusion.Therefore,the paper reviewed the correlation between serum Cyst-C,Hcy and carotid unstable plaque in recent years.
