摘　　要：目的探讨不同手术时机经皮椎体球囊扩张成形术(PKP)对骨质疏松性压缩性骨折患者腰椎功能及并发症的影响。方法回顾性分析2016年3月~2018年3月我院收治的86例骨质疏松性压缩性骨折患者的临床资料,按照手术时机不同将其分成A组、B组,两组均为43例,A组于骨折后1周内行PKP,B组于骨折后1~2周内行PKP,比较两组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、腰椎功能及并发症发生情况。结果A组术后VAS、Oswestry腰椎功能障碍指数(ODI)评分分别为(1.06±0.43)和(10.25±2.17)分,均低于B组的(1.57±0.36)和(16.41±1.84)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组并发症总发生率为4.65%(2/43),低于B组的18.60%(8/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尽早对骨质疏松性压缩性骨折患者实施PKP治疗,可有效降低术后患者疼痛程度,提高腰椎功能,降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous balloon kyphoplasty(PKP)on lumbar function and complications in patients with osteoporotic compression fractures.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with osteoporotic compression fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were retrospective analyzed.The patients were divided into group A and group B according to the different operation timing,43 cases in each group.Group A underwent PKP within 1 week after fracture,while group B underwent PKP within 1-2 weeks after fracture.The visual analogue scale(VAS),lumbar function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS and Oswestry lumbar dysfunction index(ODI)scores of group A were(1.06±0.43)and(10.25±2.17)points,respectively,which were lower than those of group B for(1.57±0.36)and(16.41±1.84)points,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in group A was 4.65%(2/43),which was lower than 18.60%(8/43)in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PKP treatment in patients with osteoporotic compression fractures as early as possible can effectively reduce postoperative pain,improve lumbar function and reduce the incidence of complications.
