摘　　要：目的探讨珍黄丸联合替普瑞酮气动雾化吸入在扁桃体切除术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2013年1月~2017年1月我院收治的160例扁桃体切除术患者作为研究对象,随机分为A、B、C、D组,每组各40例。A组给予珍黄丸加替普瑞酮气动雾化吸入,B组给予珍黄丸气动雾化吸入,C组给予替普瑞酮气动雾化吸入,D组给予常规护理。比较四组术后疼痛、充血水肿、渗血、咽部异物感、行为测定、白膜形成及脱落时间。结果A组的术后疼痛评分低于其他各组,术后24 h充血水肿、渗血、咽部异物感、行为测定评分均优于其他各组,白膜生成时间及脱落时间、住院时间均短于其他各组,住院费用低于其他各组(P<0.05)。结论扁桃体切除术后应用珍黄丸加替普瑞酮气动雾化吸入,能够减轻疼痛、减轻局部充血水肿、渗血,促进创面愈合,改善患者生活质量,效果显著,不良反应少,操作简单,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of Zhenhuang Pills combined with Teprenone aerosol inhalation in patients undergoing tonsillectomy.Methods A total of 160 patients who underwent tonsillectomy in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into groups A,B,C and D,40 cases in each group.Group A was given Zhenhuang Pills and Teprenone aerosol inhalation,Group B was given Zhenhuang Pills aerosol inhalation,Group C was given Teprenone aerosol inhalation,Group D was given routine nursing.The pain,congestion and edema,bleeding,pharyngeal foreign body sensation,behavioral measurement,time of white membrane formation and exfoliation were compared among the four groups.Results Postoperative pain score of group A was lower than that of other groups.24 hour postoperatively,the scores of congestion,edema,bleeding,pharyngeal foreign body sensation and behavioral determination of group A were better than those of other groups.The time of white membrane formation,falling off and hospitalization of group A were shorter than those of other groups,and the hospitalization cost was lower than that of other groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pneumatic atomization inhalation of Zhenhuang Pills plus Teprenone after tonsillectomy can reduce pain,local hyperemia,edema and bleeding and promote wound healing,improve the quality of life of patients,is worthy of clinical application for its significant effect,few adverse reactions and simple operation.
