摘 要:采用浸轧焙烘工艺对涤/棉织物进行拒水拒油整理。通过测试分析整理后织物的水接触角、油接触角、静水压值及拒水拒油等级,研究拒水拒油剂质量浓度、架桥剂质量浓度、焙烘温度及焙烘时间因素对织物拒水拒油性能的影响。由单因素试验,获得采用防水剂3679A对涤/棉织物进行拒水拒油整理的优化工艺如下:防水剂3679A质量浓度30 g/L,架桥剂3523质量浓度4.5 g/L,100℃下预烘120 s,165℃下焙烘90 s。The water and oil repellent finishing of polyester/cotton fabric was carried out by padding baking process.Through testing and analyzing the water contact angle,oil contact angle,hydrostatic pressure,and water-repellent and oil-repellent grade of the finished fabrics,the influences of the mass concentration of water-repellent and oil-repellent,the mass concentration of bridging agent,baking temperature and baking time on the water-repellent and oil-repellent properties of the fabrics were studied.According to the single factor test,the optimized process for water-repellent and oil-repellent finishing of polyester/cotton fabrics with water-repellent 3679A was obtainted as follows:water-repellent 3679A mass concentration of 30 g/L,bridging agent 3523 mass concentration of 4.5 g/L,pre-drying at 100℃ for 120 s,and baking at 165℃ for 90 s.
