沈阳市家庭养老老年人生活质量及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解沈阳市家庭养老老年人的生活质量现状及其影响因素。方法:对沈阳市老年人220例进行问卷调查,并采用一般人口学特征和SF-36健康调查简表评价生活质量。结果:沈阳市家庭养老老年人生活质量总均分为69.05分。单因素分析结果表明,老年人居住方式、养老模式的满意度、体育锻炼情况、是否患有慢性病四个因素对老年人生活质量有影响。多元线性回归分析结果显示,在考虑居住方式的前提下,养老模式满意度评分、体育锻炼和是否患有慢性病是影响老年人生活质量的主要因素。结论:影响沈阳市家庭养老老年人生活质量的因素是多方面的,需要大力加强老年人的预防保健,制定相应的卫生保健政策和提供社会工作服务支持。Objective:To explore the quality of life of the elderly with family pension in Shenyang City and its influencing factors.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 220 elderly people in Shenyang City,the general demographic characteristics and SF-36 Health Survey were used to evaluate the quality of life.Results:The average score of the quality of life of the elderly with family pension in Shenyang City was 69.05.The results of single factor analysis showed that the living style of the elderly,the satisfaction of the old-age care model,the situation of physical exercise,whether suffering from chronic disease or not had an impact on the quality of life of the elderly.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that,under the premise of considering the way of living,the main factors affecting the quality of life of the elderly were satisfaction score,physical exercise and whether they suffer from chronic diseases.Conclusion:There are many factors that affect the quality of life of the elderly with family pension in Shenyang City,we need to strengthen the prevention and health care of the elderly,formulate corresponding health care policies and provide social work service support.
