高龄良性前列腺增生患者应用经尿道前列腺等离子电切术的疗效和安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:研究经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗高龄良性前列腺增生患者的疗效和安全性。方法:2017年2月-2018年10月收治高龄良性前列腺增生患者78例,随机分为两组,各39例。治疗组采用经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗,对照组采用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗。比较两组手术指标水平和症状改善评分情况。结果:两组手术时间、住院恢复时间以及尿管留置时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组平均术中出血量低于对照组、平均膀胱冲洗时间短于对照组、症状评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道前列腺等离子电切术对改善高龄良性前列腺增生患者症状效果显著,术中出血量更低,安全性佳。Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate in the treatment of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:78 elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected from February 2017 to October 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 39 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate,the control group was treated by transurethral resection of the prostate.The operative indexes and symptom improvement scores were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in operation time,hospital recovery time and catheter retention time(P>0.05).The mean intraoperative blood volume of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the mean bladder flushing time was shorter than that of the control group,and the symptom score was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate is effective in improving the symptoms of the elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,with less bleeding and better safety.
