影响肺结核患者规则服药依从性的相关因素及护理对策分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨影响肺结核患者规则服药依从性的相关因素及护理对策。方法:2018年4月-2018年9月收治肺结核患者126例,通过回顾性分析法观察影响患者规则服药依从性的相关因素,评估干预前后规则服药依从性及正确口服抗结核药相关知识知晓率。结果:126例患者年龄、心理压力、经济收入比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);性别、受教育程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后规则服药依从性高于干预前,干预后正确口服抗结核药相关知识知晓率高于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:年龄、心理压力、经济收入均是影响规则服药依从性的独立危险因素,应通过健康教育及家庭、社会支持等提高患者服药依从性,还能进一步增强正确服药知晓率。Objective:To explore the related factors and nursing strategies that affect the regular medication compliance of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:126 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected from April 2018 to September 2018.The factors influencing the compliance of regular medication were observed by retrospective analysis.The compliance of regular medication before and after the intervention and the awareness rate of correct knowledge about oral antituberculosis drugs were evaluated.Results:The age,psychological pressure and economic income of 126 patients were significantly different,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in gender and education level(P>0.05).After intervention,the compliance of regular medication was higher than that before intervention,and the awareness rate of correct oral antituberculosis drug-related knowledge was higher than that before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Age,psychological pressure and economic income are the independent risk factors that affect the compliance of regular medication.Health education,family and social support should be used to improve the compliance of patients,and further enhance the awareness rate of correct medication.
