摘　　要：目的:探讨采用美宝湿润烧伤膏联合硫酸镁用于静脉输入蔗糖铁外渗患者1例的护理体会。方法:交替使用美宝湿润烧伤膏和高浓度硫酸镁外敷于蔗糖铁渗出侧肢体,动态观察肢体肿胀皮温等情况。结果:用药8 h后,患者肢体活动自如,肿胀好转。结论:美宝湿润烧伤膏联合硫酸镁用于静脉输入蔗糖铁外渗引起的肢体肿胀,静脉炎有良好的效果。Objective:To explore the nursing experience of Mebo combined with magnesium sulfate for intravenous input of sucrose iron exudation in one case.Methods:The use of Mebo and high concentration magnesium sulfate were applied to the exudation side limbs of sucrose iron,and the swelling and skin temperature of limbs were observed dynamically.Results:After 8 hours of medication,the patients'limbs moved freely and swelling improved.Conclusion:Mebo combined with magnesium sulfate has a good effect on extremity swelling and phlebitis caused by the extravasation of sucrose iron by intravenous infusion.
