摘　　要：目的:探讨个性化护理模式在老年烧伤患者护理中的应用效果。方法:2015年5月-2018年12月收治老年烧伤患者60例,随机分为两组各30例,两组患者均通过清创手术处理。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予个性化护理加常规护理。对比两组护理满意度及VAS评分。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术前VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组出院时VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化护理模式在老年烧伤患者护理中应用效果较好。Objective:To explore the application effect of individualized nursing mode on the elderly burn patients.Methods:From May 2015 to December 2018,60 elderly burn patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group,both groups were treated by debridement.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given personalized nursing plus routine nursing.We compared nursing satisfaction and VAS scores between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant in preoperative VAS score difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The VAS score at discharge of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of individualized nursing mode on the elderly burn patients is significant.
