摘　　要：目的:探讨标准化管理在肾衰竭Ⅰ级护理患者晨间护理中的实施效果。方法:成立晨间护理标准化管理小组,制定晨间护理标准化流程,制定晨间护理查检表,护士长每日运用查检表随机抽查肾衰竭Ⅰ级护理患者晨间护理标准落实情况,比较实施前后晨间护理质量及患者满意度。结果:实施后晨间护理质量、患者满意度显著优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:标准化管理有利于提高肾衰竭Ⅰ级护理患者晨间护理质量,提高患者满意度。Objective:To explore the implementation effect of standardized management in the morning care of gradeⅠnursing of patients with renal failure.Methods:We set up the morning care standardization management team,formulated the morning care standardization process,and formulated the morning care checklist,the head nurse randomly checked the implementation of morning care standards for patients with gradeⅠrenal failure by using the checklist every day,we compared the quality of morning care and patient satisfaction before and after implementation.Results:After the implementation,the quality of morning care and patient satisfaction were significantly better than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized management is conducive to improve the quality of morning care and patients'satisfaction of gradeⅠnursing of patients with renal failure.
