摘　　要：目的:探讨快速康复护理在前列腺钬激光剜除术患者中的应用效果。方法:2018年8月-2019年3月选取接受钬激光剜除术治疗的前列腺患者85例,随机分为常规护理组和快速康复护理组。比较两组护理效果。结果:快速康复护理组护理后并发症发生率显著低于常规护理组,快速康复护理组生活质量评分显著高于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对接受前列腺钬激光剜除术患者实施快速康复护理,可降低并发症发生率,提升患者生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with holmium laser enucleation of prostate.Methods:Methods:85 cases of prostate patients who received holmium laser enucleation were selected from August 2018 to March 2019,they were randomly divided into the routine nursing group and the rapid rehabilitation nursing group.We compared nursing effect between the two groups.Results:The postoperative complications of the fast rehabilitation nursing group were significantly lower than that of the routine nursing group,and the quality of life score of the fast rehabilitation nursing group was significantly higher than that of the routine nursing group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing holmium laser enucleation of prostate can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
