摘　　要：目的:探讨综合管理在社区精神病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年12月-2019年1月在社区登记管理精神病患者30例,所有患者均实施综合管理,比较干预前后的效果。结果:管理后患者满意度、治疗依从性、规律服药情况及社会功能恢复情况均显著优于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在社区精神病患者中实施综合管理效果显著。Objective:To explore the application effect of integrated management in community psychiatric patients.Methods:From December 2017 to January 2019,30 patients with psychiatry which registered and managed in our community were enrolled.All patients were treated with integrated management and the effects before and after intervention were compared.Results:The satisfaction of the patients after management,the treatment compliance,the regular medication and the recovery of the social function were significantly superior to those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated management is effective in community psychiatric patients.
