摘  要:针对采用新型自带进汽室的汽轮机高中压内缸结构,从铸造工艺、造型材料、进汽室粘砂、喷口形成等方面进行了研究,制定了相应措施并加以实施,成功生产出不粘砂、进汽室光洁且原始型线良好的高中压内缸,缩短了生产周期,产品质量优良。In view of the high and medium pressure inner cylinder structure of steam turbine with new self-contained intake chamber,the paper studies the casting technology,molding material,sand clay in steam chamber,spout formation and so on,and formulates the corresponding measures and implements them.The high and medium pressure inner cylinder which has no sticky sand,smooth and clean intake chamber and good original line has been successfully produced,so that the production cycle is shortened,and the product quality is excellent.
