摘　　要：针对大型缸筒类零件孔的加工方法,从工艺方案选择、静压中心支撑装置、高刚性孔加工专用刀杆设计以及切削参数选用等方面进行了系统性的分析,确定了合理的工艺方法,为大型缸筒类零件的加工提供了新的思路和方法。Regarding to hole machining of heavy cylinder barrel components,system analyses have been carried out from aspects of process scheme selection,static pressure center supporting device,high rigid special tool bar design of hole machining and cutting parameters selection to determine reasonable process method,which provided new idea and mode for machining heavy cylinder barrel components.
