新时代完善大国区域经济发展空间新格局的路径选择

摘　　要：新时代背景下,要完善大国区域经济发展空间新格局,应该创造科技经济、文化经济、多领域互融、安全环境等现代化经济新体系,形成拥有强大造血功能的可持续发展新形态;应该把握好陆域、海域、空域多维度同一的趋势性发展指向;应该以传承和发扬光大中华文明为源泉,以社会主义核心价值观为指导,深入推进“大美家园”向现代化善治性的科学规控跨越;应该精准瞄定新型城市圈群创造商品经济联合体的大趋势,构筑完整的城市、科技创新、港口物流、现代化产业等集群体系;应该以“一带一路”为纽带推进建立多方位人类命运共同体的多彩平等包容合作的大平台,不断创造以自贸区和自由港及新型园区与新高地等为主要承载空间的开放型经济发展新形态。Under the background of the new era,it is necessary to perfect large countries'new spatial pattern of regional economic development,create new modern economic systems of science and technology economy,cultural economy,multi-field integration and security environment,and shape a new form of sustainable development with strong hematopoietic function.It is necessary to grasp the multi-dimensional trend development direction of land,sea and airspace,and push forward the scientific regulation and control leap from"great beauty home"to modern and good governance with inheriting and carrying forward the Chinese civilization as fountainhead and with socialist core values as guidance.It is necessary to target accurately the new trend of urban agglomeration creating a commodity economic consortium,and build a complete cluster system of urban,technological innovation,port logistics and modern industries.And it is also necessary to promote the establishment of a large scale platform for the equal and inclusive cooperation of all aspects of human destiny with the"Belt and Road"as a link,and create constantly new forms of open economic development with free trade zones,free ports,new industrial zones and new highlands as main bearing space.
