间断口服氟康唑治疗甲癣的疗效刍议

摘　　要：目的对口服氟康唑治疗甲癣的临床治疗效果进行观察和探讨。方法以该院从2017年6月—2018年6月诊治的102例甲癣的患者为研究对象,将其分为对照组与治疗组,各51例。对照组运用常规治疗,治疗组运用氟康唑胶囊进行间断口服治疗,并观察治疗的效果。结果治疗组总有效率是100.00%,有88.24%的患者痊愈,9.80%显效,1.96%好转。对照组68.63%痊愈,9.80%显效,7.84%好转。治疗组疗效优于对照组(χ^2=4.288,P<0.05);治疗组通过真菌镜检查51例患者为阴性,培养也是阴性,真菌学的疗效为100.00%,好于对照组患者(χ^2=4.314,P<0.05);治疗后对照组患者共有29例处于1度状态,4例患者处于Ⅱ度状态,16例患者处于Ⅲ度状态,2例患者处于1V度状态,没有患者处于Ⅴ度状态。治疗后治疗组患者共有40例处于1度状态,4例患者处于Ⅱ度状态,6例患者处于Ⅲ度状态,1例患者处于1V度状态,没有患者处于Ⅴ度状态。经过具体对比可发现,治疗组患者在接受治疗后,甲癣的恢复情况好于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口服氟康唑治疗甲癣,可以在临床上取得较为明显的效果,值得推广应用。Objective To observe and discuss the clinical therapeutic effect of oral fluconazole in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.Methods A total of 102 patients with hyperthyroidism who were treated in the hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into a control group and a treatment group,51 cases each.The control group received conventional treatment,and the treatment group was treated with fluconazole capsules for intermittent oral treatment,and the effect of treatment was observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100.00%,with 88.24% of patients were recovered,9.80% being markedly effective,and 1.96%improving.68.63% of the control group was recovered,9.80% was markedly effective,and 7.84%improved.The treatment group was better than the control group(χ^2=4.288,P<0.05).The treatment group was negative by 51 cases of fungaloscopy,and the culture was also negative.The mycological effect was 100.00%,which was better than the control group(χ^2=4.314,P<0.05);after treatment,29 patients in the control group were in I degree state,4 patients were in II degree state,16 patients were in III degree state,2 patients were in 1V degree state,and no patient was in V degree status.After treatment,40 patients in the treatment group were in I degree state,4 patients were in II degree state,6 patients were in III degree state,1 patient was in 1V degree state,and no patient was in V degree state.After specific comparison,it was found that after treatment,the recovery of hyperthyroidism was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral fluconazole treatment of hyperthyroidism can achieve more obvious clinical results and is worthy of popularization and application.
