摘　　要：近年来,随着我国经济社会的跨越式发展,科学技术实力增强,水利水电工程建设作为基础设施建设的一个重要组成部分,对于科学合理的利用水资源,实现清洁能源应用,同时调节水资源分配有着重要的作用。在水利工程项目的建造过程当中,通常采用的施工技术是基础结构的混凝土固结灌浆技术。在水利工程的水坝建设过程中,首先需要对工程基础进行预处理,以满足水利工程水坝的严密性和稳定性。随着水利工程项目的不断开发,当前可用于建造水利工程项目的区域越来越少,剩余的一些区域大多为地质地貌环境比较恶劣,并不适宜传统的施工技术手段进行水利工程建设,在这种情况下,使用混凝土固结灌浆技术处理这些较差的水利工程地质基础,保障水利水电工程项目的建设已成为一个广泛应用的技术。文章将通过一些实际的案例和工程项目建造施工过程当中应该注意的一些问题作出阐述和分析。In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and society,the strength of science and technology has been enhanced.As an important part of infrastructure construction,water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction plays an important role in the scientific and reasonable utilization of water resources,the realization of clean energy application,and the regulation of water resources distribution.In the construction process of water conservancy project,the common construction technology is the concrete consolidation grouting technology of foundation structure.In the process of dam construction of water conservancy project,the foundation of the project needs to be pretreated to meet the tightness and stability of the dam.With the continuous development of water conservancy projects,there are fewer and fewer areas available to construct water conservancy projects.Most of the remaining areas are in poor geological and geomorphic environment,which is not suitable for the construction of water conservancy projects by traditional construction technology.In this case,it is of a widely used technology that concrete consolidation grouting to deal with these poor water conservancy engineering geological foundation and to ensure the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects.This article will make an elaboration and analysis through some actual cases and some problems that should be paid attention to in the construction process of the project.
