摘  要:针对二甲醚水蒸气重整制氢中两步反应的特点,制备了Cu-Mo2C/Al2O3双功能催化剂.采用XRD、SEM、TEM及XPS等手段对该催化剂的形貌及结构进行表征.结果显示,Mo2C及Al2O3均匀混合,催化剂表面疏松多孔;Cu粒子均匀负载,负载Cu之后催化剂粒径减小,催化活性增强.性能测试显示在400℃及450℃反应区间二甲醚的转化率最高,接近100%,H2的生成速率最高能够达到1482μmol/(min·g).导致催化剂活性下降的主要原因为反应系统中的水蒸气和Mo2C之间反应使得催化剂的表面氧物种含量大幅增加,导致催化剂表面的活性位被表面氧物种覆盖.A novel bifunctional catalyst Cu-Mo2C/Al2O3 was prepared based on the two-step reaction in dimethyl ether(DME)steam reforming.The morphology and structure of the catalysts were characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM and XPS.The results show that Al2O3 was mixed homogeneously with Mo2C,and the Cu particles that are loaded uniformly on the porous surfaces of catalyst interacted with Mo2C strongly,which decreased the particle size of catalyst and increased the catalytic activity.The performance test shows that DME conversion rate was nearly 100%at 400—450℃,and the maximum H2 production rate reached 1482μmol/(min·g).The main reason for the decrease of catalyst activity was that the oxygen species increasd greatly in content and covered the active sites on the catalyst surface due to the reaction between steam and Mo2C.
