消银解毒袋煎剂治疗血热型寻常性银屑病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药消银解毒袋煎剂内服联合熏蒸治疗血热型寻常性银屑病临床疗效和对银屑病患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法:223例患者随机分为两组,观察组118例,采用口服消银解毒袋煎剂联合中药熏蒸治疗;对照组105例,口服复方青黛丸,外用尿素软膏,疗程均为40 d。评定疗效并于治疗前后进行银屑病面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评定,ELISA法检测VEGF、TNF-α含量。结果:观察组总有效率、PASI评分改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)治疗后VEGF、TNF-α水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消银解毒袋煎剂联合熏蒸对寻常性银屑病血热型有良好的治疗效果,可能通过减少微血管的异常增生,降低炎症反应而改善皮肤病变。Objective:To observe the curative effect of blood-heat-type psoriasis treated with Xiaoyin Jiedu Bag Decoction by taking orally and fumigation,meanwhile observing the changes of serum VEGF and TNF-αlevels.Methods:223 patients were randomly divided into two groups.,118 patients in the observation group were treated with Xiaoyin Jiedu Bag Decoction combined with fumigation,105 patients in the control group were treated with Compound Qingdai Pill and combined with external using of Urea Ointment,all course for 40 days,then curative effect was appraised,PASI score was accumulated,serum VEGF and TNF-αwere determined before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate,PASI score improvement of observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05),serum VEGF and TNF-αlevels in observation group were lowered that were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyin Jiedu Bag Decoction took orally combined with fumigation can effectively treat blood-heat-type psoriasis,that may improve skin lesion by reducing the abnormal hyperplasia of microvasculature and the inflammatory.
