摘 要:结合非洲地区某新建港口项目中卵石混凝土的应用情况,分析了当地卵石骨料和碎石骨料的级配、形状和力学特性,比较了相同坍落度下卵石混凝土和碎石混凝土的强度差异,阐明了矿粉对卵石混凝土强度和收缩性能的改善效果。结果表明:同坍落度下卵石混凝土的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度均略高于碎石混凝土的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度,但同坍落度下卵石混凝土和碎石混凝土的拉压关系无显著区别。卵石混凝土的干燥收缩随胶材总量的增加而增大,随矿粉掺量的增加而降低,矿粉掺量50%时,可有效改善卵石混凝土的干燥收缩。Based on the application of pebble concrete in the project of a new port in Africa, this paper analyzed the gradation,shape and mechanical property of pebble aggregate and crushed stone aggregate, compared the strength difference between pebble concrete and gravel concrete under the same slump, and clarified the improvement effect of GGBS on the strength and drying shrinkage of pebble concrete. The results indicate that under the conditions of same slump, the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of pebble concrete are higher than that of crushed stone concrete, but there is no significant difference on the tension and compression relationship between pebble concrete and crushed stone concrete. Drying shrinkage of pebble concrete increased with the increasing of total amount of binder materials, and decreased with the increasing of GGBS content.Replacing cement with 50% GGBS could effectively improve the drying shrinkage of pebble concrete.
