摘　　要：当前,学界从档案学视角开展侵华日军细菌战档案申报世界记忆遗产研究,尚处于起步阶段。本文在梳理国内保存的侵华日军细菌战档案基础上,遵循学术规律,按照申遗标准,界定档案属性。结合档案类型,从操作流程、类型比较和价值意义等方面进行科学论证。力求从实际出发,为国家层面推动侵华日军细菌战档案申报《世界记忆遗产名录》提出决策参考意见。At present,it is still in its infancy to study the world memory heritage of the Japanese army's bacteriological war archives from the perspective of archival science.On the basis of sorting out the domestic archives of the Japanese army's bacteriological warfare,the paper follows the academic discipline and defines the archive concept according to application criteria.Combine file types and conduct scientific arguments in terms of operational processes,type comparisons,and value implications.Strive to proceed from the practical situation,contribute ideas to promote the Japanese invasion of China,the bacteriological warfare archive's declaration for World Memory Heritage Directory.
