摘　　要：独立行文的通告和印发通告的通知,二者写作目的和文体功能不同,行文方向和主送范围有别,但前者的普遍存在不是后者被禁止的理由。鉴于通知本身可用于发布、传达要求下级机关执行的事项,对通告进行宣传可视为下级机关需要执行的业务内容,可用部署性通知实现“以通知印发通告”的路径改进,即发文机关在制发通告后,再以通告为附件发出通知,安排通告的复制、张贴、传播事宜,文体选用合理,路径设计可取。Announcement which operates independently is distinguished from Notification which prints and distributes Announcement in terms of issuing directions,main receiving agencies,writing purposes and stylistic functions.Generic Notice can be used to issue and deliver the matters that require the implementation by the subordinate authorities.The issuance of the Announcement by the administrative authority is followed by the issuance of Deploying Notification attached with Announcement,which aims at arranging the spread of the information and propaganda of Announcement.Therefore,the style of Deploying Notification is selected reasonable and its issuing path is desirable in stylistic sense.
